Minoli Marvel DIVA Expertly Installed Using BAL Products at Home House
BAL products have played a key role in the exclusive launch of Minoli’s 2025 collection, Marvel DIVA, at the prestigious Home House private members’ club on Portman Square, London W1.
The project involved the refurbishment of the guest restrooms at House 21, where Minoli hosted their annual 2025 Preview event on Thursday, 5th December.
Since the 1960s, when BAL first entered the tile distribution market, they have supplied Minoli with high-quality tile fixing products. Today, Minoli is one of the UK’s leading importers and distributors of Italian porcelain and ceramic floor and wall tiles, large-format slabs, mosaics, décor pieces, and outdoor porcelain pavers.
Minoli’s headquarters are based in Oxford, where they operate a large warehouse and distribution centre. They also have a showroom in central London and a growing export business, supplying property developers and automotive retailers internationally.
BAL collaborates closely with partners like Minoli to provide excellent service and support to tile fixers, contractors, and professional specifiers—ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
For the Home House project, Minoli supplied the tiles, while BAL provided the necessary levelling compound, adhesives, grouts, primers, and polymer additives to securely install the large-format porcelain slabs (120/278 dimensions).

In the Ladies' powder room, the floor is finished with generously sized 60/120 tiles from the Marvel DIVA Collection in the Taj Mahal design, featuring a soft matt finish. This design blends smoky grey shades with lighter cream and white tones. BAL Micromax3 ECO grout in the Gunmetal finish was selected for its durability against foot traffic (especially high heels) and ease of cleaning, helping maintain the pristine look of Home House.
For the walls in the Ladies' room, expansive 120/278 porcelain slabs from the DIVA Galaxy colourway have been installed to create a nearly seamless surface. The design showcases deep blues and greens with bronze starbursts, giving off a luxurious sheen in its polished finish. BAL Micromax 3 ECO in the Smoke shade was chosen to complement the Galaxy design, creating a clean and coordinated look.
In the Gents’ facilities, the floor features the same 60/120 tiles in the Taj Mahal design. The walls, however, are adorned with large 120/278 slabs in the striking Marvel DIVA Baobab design. Baobab, with its stormy black and grey tones interspersed with golden veins and turquoise accents, is exclusively available in a polished finish to enhance the Labradorite-like realism of the design. To ensure a seamless installation, BAL Micromax 3 in Anthracite was used for the grout.
