We’re Hiring – Academy Support Technician Are you a proactive, customer-focused individual looking for a dynamic role? Join our team at the ARDEX Training Academy in Stoke-on-Trent and help us deliver exceptional training experiences! In this role, you’ll: 
Prepare and set up training sessions, including product demos and literature Assist the Training Manager during sessions and ensure the academy runs smoothly Manage stock control for training materials and coordinate with the Sales Office Support trade days and marketing by creating product samples and training aids Be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a top-class customer experience We’re looking for someone who’s: 
Confident interacting with customers face-to-face Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks A strong communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach Computer literate and eager to work in a hands-on environment 
Location: ARDEX Academy, Building Adhesives, Stoke-on-Trent (ST4 8JB)
