Midland Trade Tile Supply (MTTS) specialise in Trade supplies and working closely with developers, Architects and Landlords. We import our own ranges of tiles that are Exclusive to the UK market. All tiles supplied have to meet requirements for anti Slip Matt and Polished tiles all Pre sealed. We are based in Stoke on Trent at the old Twyford factory where we have our warehouse and business to business Tile Showroom. Our aim is to be able to supply tiles at a very competitive rate to retail with offers on pallet deals also.

“Before I have to have any awkward conversations with people I thought it was the right time to explain my situation. After 10 years of running Tile central I’ve had to make to very very tough decision to close the doors. There are many factors behind this decision one being out of my control and others including the industry itself and the economy which is a very sad situation for many out there at the moment. I’m a very passionate and open person and not ashamed to say I do feel broken and have been pretty emotional of late but I’ll bounce back in time. I’ve been able to travel the world do deals all over Asia and meet some amazing people along the way also. I have the best people around me and knowing a huge network of great people locally has been a big help and I’m so grateful. My wife and daughter are my world and it’s time to step back and have quality time with them also.”
I have to be positive and look at the new chapter ahead in my life and what lies ahead for me, I can look at the past and feel down or look to the future with a smile and a weight off my shoulders. I gave everything and never stopped pushing and thats always been my drive and character In all aspects of life.”

Midland Trade Tile Supply owner Danny Bowers from Stoke on Trent said in a post to his own social media profile. Nothing so far has been posted to the group he runs. It appears to have been paused. So will keep tabs on that also.
A person who joined the group 25th November 2024 has paid Danny Bowers, the owner of MTTS, an amount of money and has not received the tiles they’ve paid for, up front
This person says on the facebook group; “Would someone be able to contact me with regard to delivery. It seems communication is excellent when looking to.make the sale but delivery and aftersales appear very poor. Have waited all week for someone to give me an update but no substantive response as of yet. Concerned to whether this order will actually materialise. Beware future buyers!”
We have reached out for comment from the person who is owed money by Danny Bowers and Midland Trade Tile Supplies.
Danny Bowers contacted us only a week ago and wanted to supply tiles to our members. And gave us permission to use his images etc to show what tile stock he had in. He said he has stock here in the UK and that their family business has 50 years worth of tile related experience.
And it really sounded like he was up for continuing his business for sure.

Hi Paul, Danny Midland Trade Tile Supply. Hope you’re doing well. Just seen your message, good timing. I’d like to have a good chat with you if possible. Obviously we’re a family run business. We’ve got a background of ceramics 50 years, importing and distributing [tiles] nationwide.
Whether it’s to tradesmen, you know, the tilers, the tile shops, the developers, landlords, HMOs.
And the idea mate, is like I say, family, keeping it tight knit, looking out for people, which is most important. Saving the money over retail stores.
We’ve got stocks in the UK, deliveries direct, we do to doorsteps. There’s other tiling groups that I’ve kept away from. I think they’re a little bit all about take take take you know, wanting to line their own pockets.
Our idea is to save people money, it’s that simple.
Whether they make money on our tiles on top, or they just save their end customers. Money so that they can get the job. Well you know there’s pallet deals, room lot deals and I’m quite happy to go out and see people.
Then there’s something you think we could do together.
Whereas I can give something back to the page or yourself. Or become like a supplier to the page for trade.
