Two small damp patches

Can we tile over two small damp patches in the bathroom? We know the cause and it has been dealt with (chimney was missing cowl’s) these have since been put on. We’ve been renovating the house and had it newly plastered last year. Everything is new except the exterior walls. We’re trying to move in shortly and have tiled the bathroom except this corner which has two slight damp patches which have been reducing in size and dampness there were three but the 3rd has completely dried. Can we tile over these as the cause has been dealt with and it’s nearly dry. Thank you
