Victorian Tile Restoration in York The restoration of this Victorian geometric and encaustic tiled floor has been completed. I faced several challenges, including damaged sections, cracked screed, and loose or missing tiles. At the end of the repairs, four thresholds were redesigned, and encaustic tiles were specially made to match the existing ones. All replacement tiles were original and reclaimed.
