Hello. I have matt black ceramic bathroom and toilet tiles. They are a great pain in the posterior. Every time you walk on them, you leave foot prints. I clean them every morning yet they never look clean and are continually smeary. HELP. What should I be cleaning them with (currently using diluted floor cleaner). Can I apply a varnish that would adhere to the tiles and leave a satin finish. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
