I work on a fair few tradesperson websites across the whole industry, and link-building alone can be so essential to a website.
Even if you're busy, and work is coming in just fine, I'd still concentrate on your web presence a couple of times a month even for an hour or two. You can always price-out work you don't want, or win it and have really good time installing it.
