A leading Building Construction Company is seeking multiple Multi-Traders to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. You’ll be working on vacant council properties across East and West London, including Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs). This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in full property renovations, from gutting to fitting kitchens and bathrooms, along with other exciting tasks. If you have a broad range of trade skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Full renovation of vacant council properties, including HMOs Gutting, refurbishing, and fitting kitchens and bathrooms Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, flooring, and painting & decorating General maintenance and repairs as neededWhat We’re Looking For:
Multi-skilled tradespeople with experience in carpentry, plumbing, kitchen fitting, tiling, painting & decorating, and flooring
Previous experience in property renovations, especially on vacant council properties, is highly advantageous
Own vehicle and tools are essential
