You don’t need to know everything to be great at what you do. I look stuff up for almost every job. Between TCNA  handbook, reference guides… Manufacturers have install guides, safety sheets, videos, reps you can call—use them… these companies would like their products to be installed correctly for reputation sake..they are there for you! It’s not about being the smartest guy in the room. It’s about knowing where to get the right info when you need it. Don’t let all the noise get to you. Pro tip : you can use the “Tile the world” group as search engine and browse through past posts that have already been asked and answered in depth.. click the search bar at the top and check it out! …. Now get back to work ya’ filthy animals! #tiletheworld
