Thinking of doing an annual raffle for charity so that all the usual brands can get behind it. Perhaps end of June so about 6 months apart from the infamous Tilers Community Raffle so that people have funds again and things. There will be no costs to any brand except in goods we will 100% give away. We will cover postage costs. We will cover facebook advertising for the campaign for 3 months prior. The annual Tilers Community Group Christmas charity raffle has just raised £4,311 for varied charities. Group member and the group fundraiser Lee Poulter, (LP Tiling Horsham) and assisted by his wife Karen (middle and right in picture below)undertake all of the organisation and fundraising. Several fundraisers have taken place during the year and over the previous years. The annual Christmas raffle is something that finishes the year on a high for the group. The Construction Products Association's Autumn forecasts, released today, indicate cautious optimism for the construction industry in the year ahead, following an especially challenging 18 months for the two largest sectors: private housing new build and repair, maintenance, and improvement (RM&I).
